Loch Ness monster

The Loch Ness Monster, or "Nessie", is a legendary aquatic creature in Scottish folklore said to inhabit Loch Ness in the Highlands. Often described as a long-necked, hump-backed animal, it is considered a myth by scientists, with many, (although not all ) alleged sightings, including the famous "surgeon’s photo," being deemed hoaxes or misidentifications.
