Ouija board
Ouija board, also known as a spirit or talking board, is a device featuring letters, numbers, and "yes/no" answers, used in séances to supposedly communicate with spirits. Participants place their fingers on a heart-shaped pointer (planchette), which moves to spell out messages. It originated in 1891 as a parlour game, deriving its name from the French/German for "yes" (oui + ja)
