Interdimensional UFO Theory

Popularized largely by Jacques Vallée—particularly in his seminal 1969 book Passport to Magonia: From Folklore to Flying Sa Mysteries ucers—this theory posits that UFOs are not physical spaceships from another planet (the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis), but rather a modern manifestation of a paranormal or "otherworldly" phenomenon that has interacted with humanity throughout history.
