Additionally, NUFORC has added 68 new images to its public gallery, showcasing a diverse array of reported craft shapes and behaviors. Reports also include a notable "Tic-Tac" UAP encounter recorded by an air traffic controller in California in September 2024, as well as historical analysis of World War II footage showing possible Foo Fighter phenomena.
NUFORC actively engages with both government and academic entities to enhance understanding and analysis of UAP phenomena. In August 2025, they participated in a workshop sponsored by the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) focused on narrative data and analytical frameworks for such sightings. NUFORC investigators continually follow up on recent reports to verify credibility and collect additional data, contributing to a growing database used for ongoing research. The organization also takes part in public conferences like “Contact in the Desert,” fostering dialogue within the wider research community.
