Shadow beings

Shadow people, or shadow figures, are paranormal entities described as dark, humanoid silhouettes often seen in the peripheral vision, frequently appearing in bedrooms or during sleep paralysis. Believers often interpret them as ghosts, demons, or interdimensional beings, while psychologists suggest they are hallucinations related to fear or stress. Maybe both are true.
